Enunciate mount points go to dead links

Enunciate uses Mount Points as some sort of anchor in the api docs pages. If you click on the link at the top of the page, it brings you to the proper section on the page, like an html anchor does. However, the mount point itself shows up as a link to itself and if you click it, it brings you to a dead page.

For example: http://localhost:8082/api-docs/merchantapi/merchants/version

These should be hidden but keep the anchor-like functionality.
