      Description

YPG wants us to add Impressions Share Lost due to Rank and Impressions Share lost due to Budget values in the (SE campaign level) metrics reports we provide them. AML-4094.

This story will provide those values to that report. This includes the values from Google and Bing (note - need the value names from bing. Slightly different from Google.)

We need to retrieve these values daily, store them and provide them in the Campaign Metrics report for YPG.

      Terminology:

      AdWords:
      https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/v201506/all-reports

      • SearchRankLostImpressionShare: The estimated percentage of impressions on the Search Network that your ads didn't receive due to poor Ad Rank. A percentage returned as "xx.xx%", or the special value "> 90%".
      • SearchBudgetLostImpressionShare: The estimated percent of times that your ad was eligible to show on the Search Network but didn't because your budget was too low. A percentage returned as "xx.xx%", or the special value "> 90%".

      Bing Ads

      • ImpressionLostToRankPercent: The percentage of time your ads would have been displayed to users, but were not because your ads ranked too low in the auction. You can improve your competitive position by increasing your bid, improving your quality score, or both.
      • ImpressionLostToBudgetPercent: The percentage of time your ads would have been displayed to users, but were not because of a budget shortfall.

If following the current processes we will need to download campaign reports, update the SESummarizer and warehouse summarizer (and sedatacheck?)
