Merge ops-scripts branches

The following branches need to be merged into feature/mercury for the ops-scripts repo.

feature/yj-reports
feature/multi-distribution

For feature/multi-distribution, all updated report scripts can be found in the reports-multi-realm-dist/ directory.
Most (if not all) of the scripts in here are updates to reports in the parent directory. These are old reports and will be replaced by the ones in reports-multi-realm-dist/ . Their names should be similar to the old ones.

We want the old ones deleted from the parent directory.
