If order deployed through API then Location extn is showing disabled in reseller UI .

If an order with location extn deployed through API then Location extn is showing disabled in reseller UI .

1. Create an merchant through API.
2. Deploy an order with location extn for the merchnat through API .
3. Check the location extn created in adwords
4. Check for the order in reseller UI .

Expected :

Location Extn should be enabled and should be shown in Reseller UI.

Actual

In create order page (Reseller UI) it is not showing and in Edit Account page it is disabled.

Note :

It is correctly working , if the order is deployed through UI .
