API mime type cleanup

After finding AML-4119 we need to survey the api to ensure that all advertised mime types for a service are actually supported.

For some this will mean removing mime types from the list of supported types, for others it may mean building in support if the mime types are appropriate.

After this ticket, we should only be advertising in the API docs mime types which are fully supported by the service in question.
