Editing a Scheduled order does not show Schedule Deploy button

      Description

      Steps:
      --------
      1. Login to Reseller UI
      2. Create a merchant
      3. Create and order and select the Scheduled start date.
      4. Click on Schedule Deploy button.
      5. Edit the Scheduled order and select the Scheduled end date.

      Problem: Schedule Deploy button is not visible when a Scheduled Order is edited. Instead we are seeing Request Deployment button.

      Note: When Scheduled Start date is unchecked and checked again Schedule Deploy button is visible.
