            Description

            Site link entry in database is not removed when user re deploy the order by removing campaign(BA/BL).

            Steps to reproduce
            1. Deploy an order with site link having more than one BA/BL.
            2. Site link created successfully in Adwords and database.
            3. Re Deploy the order by removing one BA/BL.

            Actual result: Site link related to removed BA/BL is not removed from database.

            Expected result: Site link related to removed BA/BL should be removed from database.
