Edited call extensions are not creating in bing ads

1. Deploy an order with BA/BL as
United States and CabinRentals
Augusta,GA and Resorts
2. Edit deployed order
3. Add call Extension say 866-217-1869
4. Now, Schedule order for future date
5. Again, Edit the scheduled deployed order
6. Delete one of the BA/Bl say United States and CabinRentals
7. Edit call extension say 678-279-5093
8. Then, Schedule order for future date
9. After deployment observe the new call extension in bing ads

Actual Result : New/Edited call extensions are getting deleted in bing ads

Expected Result : New/Edited call extensions should present in bing ads
