Description
Steps:
--------
1. Login to Reseller UI
2. Create an order with a BA/BL and save it.
3. Click on Edits Ads tab to customize the ads.
4. Check the Help Text for Headline, Line One, Line Two, Display URL and Destination URL.
Expected: Help Text should be specific as per the number of bytes allowed in Headline, Line One, Line Two, Display URL and Destination URL.
Actual: Help Text is not matching with the number of bytes allowed in Headline, Line One, Line Two, Display URL and Destination URL.
