            Description

            considering Google is broken and doesn't provide estimates for MBM keywords, we should ignore this match type and treat as Broad keyword until Google fixes their code.

            all + need to be removed. some keywords may have multiple +

            +red tennis +shoes
            would be changed to:
            red tennis shoes

            also, match type (phrase, exact, broad) needs to be maintained
