      Description

      In order to enable conversion tracking using Google Analytics, merchant sites need to be marked up with GA code.

      Create some JavaScript to create a named tracker so we do not interfere with any other tracking on a site and automate tagging standard actions on a site as conversion events.

      Anchors with tel: hrefs are click to calls.
      Anchors with mailto: hrefs are contact us.
      Form submits are form submits.
      Thank you pages can have a class on the thank you div.

      Provide additional classes that merchants/resellers can use to automatically add onclick or onload events for other conversion types.

      Provide a global function that resellers/merchants can call to simply trigger conversion events.

      Also provide instructions on scheduling reports in the GA UI.
