Because Google does not support the
{campaign}valuetrack parameter, in order to support third party call tracking to the campaign, we will have to use the supported
{campaignid}valuetrack parameter which is supported universally. This means the loader will now have to look up the merchant id, ba, location, gm/gt from the campaign id and utm_source parameter instead of parsing it from the campaign name.
We should still support parsing the campaign name if it is sent as part of a report since we will be supporting loading data even if a customer opts out of using our tracking tags. In these instances we will still have data, but it will only be at the keyword and not match type level at best.
