User Can Override Realm Bid Modifiers

UI work: User can create/edit/delete bid modifiers for an order. These values will override any default bid modifiers that have been set at the realm level. The UI will save the bid modifier in the order JSON.

Demo:

User defines bid modifiers in the AML UI and saves the order. Observe that the bid modifiers are in the order JSON

Things to consider:

• Preserve any overrides when cloning an order
