Running ABU on the same day an account is deployed results in an error message

When ABU is run on the start date of an account's campaigns it prints an error message ("Could not calculate carryovers for AdmaxCampaignID ..."). This results from a an NPE trying to retrieve the previous day's actual budget, which is non-existent.
