User can change password

The login screen will hace a "Forgot Password" link. Clicking the link will inform the user to check their email account.

The system will generate a new activation email containing and activation link.

When the user opens the activation email and clicks this activation link, he is taken to the AML create password page.

The user will then be required to enter the password twice and submit. On successful submit, a success message will be displayed:
"Your password was set successfully. Please click the link below to access the AML login page." A link to the login screen will be available.

Sending this activation link does not change the ACTIVE flag for the user.
