            Description

            The API user will send custom ads to the AML API through a deployment call. We assume that the ad content has been validated before being sent to AML but we still want to check the length of the ad text.

            We need to validate each line for length limits on headline and description lines.

            This isn't just for YJ, this needs to be able to validate length limits for Google, Bing and YJ.
