            Description

            Ad content having Japanese characters in the request are display as ? in the response.

            Steps

            1. Create a merchant and create an order for the merchant.
            2. The order should have Japanese characters in the ad content
            3. Deploy the order through API by PUT request .
            4. Observe the response

            Expected Behavior

            Ad content should displayed as it is in the Response

            Actual Behavior

            Ad content are displayed as ? in the response
