Conversion of standard ads files to ETAs is incorrect when no lines contain {{GEO1}} tag

When no lines contain GEO1 tag, the script is expected to place all lines under Description2 which is <=30 into Headline2 and the rest to be concatenated with Description. This is because Headline2 can hold a maximum of 30 characters.
The script currently keeps one of the Description2 which is more than 30 characters in HeadLine2. This needs to be concatenated with Description2 to form Description.
