Custom highlight appears on all Ads when Ads are not edited

            Description

            Custom highlight appears on all Ads when Ads are not edited.
            1. Click on Edit Ads and click on the Edit button for one of the Ads.
            2. Do not edit and just click "Continue"

            Edit Ads dialog box will show all Ads as customized highlighted in red.

            Ads should not appear customized.

            Note: This happens when Path2 is blank
