            Description

            Edit/View Ad dialog box should be wide enough to accomodate the complete Ad Description

            Edit Ad and View Ad dialog box currently hides the Ad Description line partially and displays a tool tip to view the complete description.
            The user would prefer to view the complete description directly rather than a tool tip.
            Hence the width of the dialog box should be increased to accommodate 80 characters of the Description limit.
