Description
Convert std to eta script should convert files with special characters (apostrophe)
Standard Ad file like "ads-children's_clothing-12-10047-0.csv" produces a 0 byte eta file.
Error seen on running this file.
Currently 16 files are available in prod for US Taxonomy with apostrophe.
Hence this type of file conversion needs to be handled.
