User can update budget for existing account

if the merchant/user wants to update the budget value for the same set of campaigns, the system should not treat this as a Cancel/Rebook, but rather keep the campaigns and microsite in tact...

when the user goes to the (create new order) Orders Information page - enters merchant name... .the page prepopulates with the most recent BA/Loc info.... either Order outstanding or deployed campaigns. Screen also prepopulates with URL, and most recent budget

FUNDING checkbox is unchecked!!

the quote range estimate will be refreshed. the new budget amount must be within this updated quote min/max range - otherwise, error to user.

if the user chooses not to update the budget but notes the updated estimated budget falls outside the current budget, only a warning will be displayed to alert the user that the current budget is not within the current estimate and if the user would like to update the budget. if the user chooses not to update the budget- i.e. CANCELs the order, the current budget data in the system (for previous OPEN Order or deployment) remains the same.
