Destination url byte limit showing 2047 in Reseller UI where it is 2048 in API

Steps

1. create a merchant through api.
2. Deploy an order with destination url of 2048 characters
3. Open that order in reseller UI
4. check the ads .

Expected Behavior

There should not be any error message for the destination URL

Actual Behavior

Error Message displayed for the destination URL
