1. Login to Reseller UI
2. create a merchant.
3. create an order and expand sitelinks widget.
4. Enter a URL with Japanese characters like http://香格里拉.com
Actual: Japanese characters are taking 3 bytes each.
Expected: Any special characters should take 2 bytes each.
