Description
YJ needs facebook to be removed from validations of ad copies in both UI and external API. Their claim is that they do not put this validation on users and hence neither should AML do it.
This might affect Google as well as we have a common validation for both Google and YJ. There can be 2 solutions
1. Remove this validation all together.
2. Make this validation distribution specific.
