Description
We need to implement a Help Desk tab at the merchant level. This will contain issue description (with a word limit) and submit button.
Clicking button must send an email to a pre-configured support email that is configurable at reseller level.
The subject of the email must consist of Reseller and Merchant information while the body is formed out of description.
We also need to have confirmation dialog post submit.
Also capture the email address of the user submitting the ticket so that we can send that information to the ticketing system.
