Update Merchant Current Order Help with Pause feature

We need to update the content of Merchant Current Order Help dailog to have information related to Pause Campaigns button. We should also provide explanation in this section on how to get campaigns live again. This should come between lines on Edit Account and Terminate Order.

Updated Content:

Clicking the Pause Campaigns button on the bottom of the page will pause all campaigns associated with this order. The merchant’s budget will no longer spend, but will continue to accrue. To get campaigns running live again, click Edit Account followed by Request Deployment.
