            Description

            Keywords with non-English characters are not getting added through Bulk upload feature.

            Steps

            1. Create a merchant and create an order for the merchant.
            2. After adding BA/BL click on Edit keywords.
            3. Click on bulk keyword and upload the template .
            4. Add a keyword with Japanese characters (大分県臼杵市大字臼杵)
            5 . Upload the template .

            Expected Behavior
            Keyword should be added successfully.

            Actual Behavior
            Keyword is not getting added . Japanese characters are displayed as

            Note : Keyword template with Japanese character is attached
