Deprecated BA or LOC remains active for existing campaigns

if the reseller deprecates a BA or LOC, deployed campaigns that use that BA or LOC will remain active. If the user chooses to update their account, the campaigns with that BA or LOC will vanish... user will have to figure out replacement BAs. (Recommendation to have an auto-assigned migration BA or LOC - tbd)

if the deprecated BA ro LOC is part of the quote, then they will be removed before submitting the order with a dialog that states,

" At least one Business Area + Location combination is not for sale and is not included in the Quote Range.

Either the Business Area or Location has been discontinued. You may select another Business Area or Location from the list. "

The "unsellable list" of BA/Loc is displayed below the sellable list of campaigns on the Quote Details page. These are greyed out or designated in some way as unsellable. see attached.
