Send Invite appears even after user activates the Merchant Dashboard

      Description

      Steps:
      ---------
      1. Create merchant with merchant ID and merchant email and save it.
      2. Navigate to Reports page and activate merchant dashboard using Send Invite button.
      3. After activating merchant dashboard verify Send Invite button in Reseller UI.

      Actual: Send Invite button is still visible on Reseller UI and is sending activation emails when clicked.

      Expected: Send Invite button should be disabled once the merchant dashboard is enabled.
