No activation confirmation email after activating the merchant dashboard

      Description

      Steps:
      --------
      1. Login to Reseller UI
      2. Create a merchant with merchant ID and Contact Email and save it.
      3. Navigate to Reports page and click on Send Invite button.
      4. User should receive Welcome Email to activate his merchant dashboard account.
      5. Activate Merchant Dashboard.
      6. Activation Confirmation email should come.

      Actual: No Activation confirmation email after activating the Merchant Dashboard.

      Expected: Activation Confirmation Email should come after activating the Merchant Dashboard.
