BA is not sellable after reverting the changes

            Description

            steps:
            ---------
            1. Create an order with a BA/BL.
            2. Click on Edit Keywords button.
            3. Delete all the keywords.
            4. BA should become unsellable.
            5. Again click on Edit Keywords button.
            6. Revert the changes back, so that keywords will be added again.
            7. BA should go sellable now.

            Actual: BA is still unsellable even after reverting the changes.

            Expected: BA should go sellable.
