user can delete a quote

            Description

            user clicks on DELETE button from Quote UI. when the quote is deleted, it cannot be retrieved/undeleted. it will be logged that the quote was deleted.

            only the user that created the quote (or Reseller Manager) can click the Delete button (when we implement specific user permissions later).
