user will be prompted if trying to save data that would overwrite a prior save (from another user)

The Aquidneck Reseller UI will not require the user to manually initiate a lock for objects in the system. Instead the system will use an optimistic locking mechanism, done using object versions that are tracked by the services.

A user will only need to become involved should the system detect that a user is attempting to save data that would overwrite a prior save.

This change means we no longer need a 'lock' icon, nor a means to display 'locked' objects in the system.
