Description
steps:

1. Login to Reseller UI.
2. Create a merchant and create an order with a BA/BL.
3. Click on Edit Keywords page.
4. Click on Bulk Upload button.
5. Upload a csv file such that it should throw some Errors.
4. Download the template and also download the Error report.
Actual: Download was unsuccessful.
Expected: Both the files should download successfully.
