Call Extension with valid phone numbers was rejected in YJ

1. Login to Reseller UI
2. User must login successfully.
3. Create an Order with a BA/BL and also add call extension with a valid phone number.
4. Click on request deployment.

Actual: Call Extensions are rejected during deployment process.

Expected: Valid phone number in the call extension should deploy to YJ successfully.
