reseller user can log in to the system with a user name and password

            Description

            Authenticated log in will present user with their home page (based on user role). Future story will detail home page particulars. *EDIT The home page will default to the quote input screen for now.*

            Logging in with incorrect password displays UI error requesting user to use correct password.
