API for Carryover changes

            Description

            Currently, we do not provide any API level service to change the carryover for an account. This is something that can be worked on and provided as a service to automate things at YJ’s end and other API clients.

            Also, if implemented it would be beneficial for Tech Ops as well and speed up process on our end.

            For interim, we will have to take of this manually and provide them with a carryover report. They will have to submit tickets in Service desk with respect to carryover changes.
