Steps:
-------
1. Login to reseller UI
2. Create an order with a BA/BL and click on Edit ads button.
3. Download the Ads from UI
4. Upload the same Ads without any customization.
Expected: Ads should get uploaded successfully without any Errors.
Actual: Upload was failure due to character limit validation for Keyword term. It should consider KeyWord as a single character.
