Steps
---------
1. Login to Reseller UI
2. Create an order with a BA/BL and click on Edit Ads
3. Download the ads.
4. Customize destination URL for the ads eg: www.justdail.com
5. Upload the ads
Expected: Ads should upload successfully without any validation errors.
Actual: Ads are failing to upload due to validation Error for Destination URL. Its throwing invalid target URL error.
