Steps
-------
1. Login to Reseller UI
2. Create an order with a BA/BL and click on Edit Ads button
3. Download the Ads.
4. Delete all the data from the file (ctrl + A and Delete).
5. Save the file.
6. Upload the same file.
Expected: Validation should throw an Error saying some message like "Empty file".
Actual: Getting success message when trying to upload an empty file.
