validation is not happening for slash(/) in URL path2

            Description

            steps:
            --------
            1. Login to Reseller UI
            2. Create an order with a BA/BL
            3. Download the ads.
            4. Edit the file such that add a forward slash '/' in URL path2 for all the ads.
            5. Upload the file.

            Expected: File should not get uploaded into the system because URL path2 wont accept forward slash '/' character

            Actual: Ads get uploaded successfully without any validation Error.
