user can input required fields to complete order and Request Deployment

When an order is created, the following additional fields are required:

Call Tracking
(registered) Domain names

current plan is for user to manually copy/paste from third party.... but in the future the hope is to automatically obtain this info via APIs and bypass the need for a manual fulfillment process at all...

if the merchant has provided a landing page URL, this url is clickable from the UI (Fulfillment page) to confirm the page is valid.

when these two additional fields are entered, AND billing has cleared (designating this in the UI somehow), the REQUEST DEPLOYMENT 'button' is active and the user can request deployment... which triggers the magical process of creating campaigns, and generating a microsite.

other sub tasks go into a few special cases for requesting deployment.
