Schedule Deploy button disbaled for a merchant that have Scheduled Deployed order and a Scheduled Order

Steps:
--------
1. Login to Reseller UI.
2. Create a merchant.
3. Create an order for the merchant and schedule deploy it.
4. Edit the schedule deployed order and change the schedule Start Date and Schedule the order.
5. Edit the same schedule deployed Order again and change the schedule start date and schedule it.

Actual: Schedule Deploy button was disabled. We can't schedule the order unless we uncheck the Enable Schedule Start Date checkbox and check it again.

Expected: Schedule Deploy button should be enabled all the time as we are supporting multiple scheduled orders.
