ABU is not setting budgets properly for the accounts that have duplicate campaign ID's

Suppose if there were two accounts on YJ in which one account was paused and another one is active and spending. Because of having duplicate campaign ID's for these two accounts, performance data is getting overwritten for the active account by the account which is paused.

When ABU runs for the account, budgets were not sent properly as the carryover keeps on increasing, daily budgets are increasing and account went on overspending the budget.
