user can view a list of saved quotes

from the Quotes container, default sort is by modified date, most recent on top. Default View is just Name and Last Modified in the Container List. but when user clicks View all, they get all columns, as listed below...

per wireframes, the following column headings can be sorted (and data contents filtered):

Name, Merchant, Last Modified, Created By (user), High Quote Range - Google, High Quote Range- Bing

sort for each column (asc/desc):
Alpha - Name, Merchant, Created By (sales user who created quote)
Numeric - High Range- Google, High Range-Bing
Date - Date modified

and user can search/filter by data within these columns (except date)
