Description
Steps:
----------
1. Login to Reseller UI
2. Create a merchant and save it.
3. Create an order with a BA/BL and click on Edit Ads button.
4. Click on Download ads button.
5. Add space in any empty row in the Downloaded csv file and save it.
6. Now, upload the same CSV file through upload ads button in Edit Ads page.
Actual: Upload failed due the space added in the empty row in the csv file.
Expected: Spaces in empty rows should get trimmed and upload should be successful.
