Description
Steps:
----------
1. Login to Reseller UI
2. Create a merchant and save it.
3. Create an order with a BA/BL and click on Edit Ads button.
4. Click on Download ads button.
5. Delete Destination URL for the bottom 3 ads in the csv file and save it.
6. Now, upload the same CSV file through upload ads button in Edit Ads page.
Actual: Ads uploaded successfully without any validation Error
Expected: Ads should not upload successfully and should throw validation Error on missing Destination URL for ads.
