Incorrect Error information on Destination URL while bulk ad upload

Steps:
----------
1. Login to Reseller UI
2. Create a merchant and save it.
3. Create an order with a BA/BL and click on Edit Ads button.
4. Click on Download ads button.
5. Delete the Destination URLs for all the Ads and save the file.
6. Now, upload the same CSV file through upload ads button in Edit Ads page.
7. Ads failed due to validation errors.
8. click on View Errors in upload ads page.
9. Verify Error message.

Actual: Error message was incorrect. Instead of Target_URL in element type field it is showing LINE.

Expected: Error message should be exact to Destination URL.
