            Description

            admin account is created from info provided by the reseller to the TSA Account Manager. The TAM enters the reseller user email provided as the admin username and the system generates a pw and sends and email to the username and pw to the reseller admin user.

            the mechanism for auto creating the pw and sending the email is in a future story.
